Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to products sold under the EVERGRIT brand, owned and operated by Menspace, a sole proprietorship based in Telangana, India (“EVERGRIT”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Because our products are personal-care and hygiene items, please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products — including Trail Reset Wipes and individual sachets — cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the pouch or seal has been opened, except where the product is damaged or defective on delivery (see Section 2). This is a standard practice for personal-care products and is intended to protect the safety of all our customers.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@menspace.in with your order ID and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Once we have verified the issue, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
3. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible at customercare@menspace.in. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, though the protections in Section 2 still apply on delivery.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days of approval and usually reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once a refund has been initiated.
5. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If a prepaid order is lost in transit or becomes undeliverable through no fault of your own, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund after confirmation with our courier partner.
